Tegucigalpa, September 13th.- Aeropuertos de Honduras , concessionaire company of the four international airports of the country, reports its quarterly payment transferred to the State, for the first quarter of the year 2016 in the amount of 68.5 million Lempiras.-
With this payment, Aeropuertos de Honduras sums more than 2 thousand 500 million Lempiras, paid to the State in concept of concession fee since the year 2000 up to date, period during which the international airports of the country have been administered, with positive results towards the contribution of the national economy.-
Edgardo Maradiaga, General manager of Aeropuertos de Honduras, said that “ payment of the concession fee is is the responsibility of the concessionaire with the State of Honduras, whose compliance in a timely manner is very pleasing because we contribute from the private sector towards the development of Honduras”
Aeropuertos de Honduras, is a responsible company which works under strict parameters of supervision in its operations, Maradiaga added.-
To attend all the passengers and to provide better services a contribution towards the modernization and operational safety, with an important investment of more than 62 million dollars, developing its own infrastructure for air navigation such as the expansion and maintenance of the runway. But also in the improvement of the infrastructure of passenger service terminals.-
